Your invoice stays on this device
InvoiceForge is a static website. We do not create accounts and we do not operate an API that receives your invoice.
What we never collect
- Your business name, client names, line items, or notes
- The PDF file — it is assembled in your browser with jsPDF
- A user profile, email signup, or password
Filling the generator and clicking Download PDF does not submit a form to our servers. There are no server-side form handlers in this project.
On-device draft
If your browser allows it, the tool writes the current invoice tolocalStorage under the key invoiceforge:draft:v1. That copy never leaves the browser unless you export it (for example by downloading the PDF or using a backup tool you control). Use Clear to delete it, or clear this site’s data in the browser.
Hosting and logs
The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are static files. A host such as Cloudflare Pages may log typical request metadata (IP address, user agent, URL) to operate the CDN. Those logs are about fetching the website, not about the contents of your invoice.
Cookies and advertising
InvoiceForge itself does not set a first-party analytics cookie. The layout includes reserved AdSense slots. If the site owner enables Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads, including on other sites. SeeGoogle’s advertising policiesand use Google’s ad settings if you want to opt out of personalized ads.
Until AdSense is configured, the slots are empty placeholders and do not load an ad script.
Fonts
Display and body fonts are self-hosted. Opening this site does not request Google Fonts.
Children
This site is for business invoicing. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If the product starts sending invoice data anywhere, this page will say so before that ships. The current promise is: no account, data stays on the device.
